Shipping Policy
We take pride in our handmade products & take great care in creating & shipping them. Orders ship within 3-5 office days after ordering. Please contact us if you have a specific delivery date you need "before" ordering. We ship USPS. Priority mail usually takes 2-5 days and first class takes
3-6 days from date of shipping. We cannot guarantee USPS delivery
dates, but this is a guide for what is typical. Also, we refund shipping overages over $2.
Return/Exchange Policy
Product returns and exchanges are available for all products except our pillows, personalized items, flash sales, seconds sale and final sales. All other products must be returned within 3 days of delivery. Please contact us "prior" to making a return or exchange. Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges. Refunds will be given upon receipt of the item and upon inspecting it for condition and use (exchanges and refunds will not be issued for used items). Funds will be credited back to the method to which it was paid less shipping charges.
